No. Bernhaus is a property intelligence platform designed specifically for property professionals. We combine hundreds of data sources, proprietary algorithms, market analysis and visual intelligence to help users make better decisions and uncover opportunities. AI is used where it adds value, helping transform complex information into clear, actionable insights, but it is only one part of the wider Bernhaus platform.

Bernhaus combines property intelligence, prospecting, campaign management, lead nurturing, listing creation and media management within a single platform. By bringing these tools together, Bernhaus helps property professionals identify opportunities, win instructions, market properties and build long-term business growth more effectively.
Bernhaus brings together hundreds of publicly available and licensed data sources, which are updated on a regular basis. These include property, market, planning, ownership, environmental and location-based datasets, all combined into a single platform.
Bernhaus processes and stores hundreds of data points for every property. In addition to raw data, we generate our own intelligence using proprietary algorithms, market analysis techniques and machine learning models to help uncover trends, opportunities and insights that would otherwise be difficult to identify.
Different datasets are updated at different intervals depending on the source. Many of our market and property datasets are refreshed daily, whilst others are updated weekly or monthly as new information becomes available. Our aim is to ensure users always have access to the most relevant and up-to-date information possible.
We use Royal Mail address data as the foundation of our property database, providing one of the most accurate and comprehensive address datasets available in the UK.
Yes. We take data security seriously. Customer data is stored within GDPR-compliant European data centres and protected using industry-standard security practices. We never sell customer data or share it with third parties without your permission.
We use enterprise-grade object storage for media files, providing high levels of reliability, redundancy and security. Whilst our infrastructure is designed for durability, we always recommend maintaining your own backups as part of good data management practice.
All plans include 1TB of storage as standard, which is sufficient for most users. Additional storage can be added for £16 per TB per month. There is no practical limit to the amount of storage available, although customers requiring more than 100TB should contact us for volume pricing.
Our standard package includes one outcode (for example, M29). Additional outcodes can be added for £29 per month each. There is no limit to the number of outcodes you can have, including national coverage. Customers requiring more than 20 outcodes should contact us for discounted pricing.
Whilst AI plays an important role within Bernhaus, it is only one part of the platform. Every account includes a generous monthly AI allowance, covering the vast majority of day-to-day use. Additional credits are available for customers with higher usage requirements. This approach allows us to keep subscription costs lower whilst ensuring customers only pay for the AI resources they actually use.
No. Bernhaus subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. We believe customers should stay because they find value in the platform, not because they are tied into a lengthy contract.
Yes. Additional users can be added to your account, allowing teams to collaborate across prospecting, campaigns, valuations, listings and media management.
Yes. Every customer receives access to Bernhaus Academy, our growing library of bite-sized training videos covering every aspect of the platform. Additional onboarding and training sessions are also available where required.
Bernhaus supports property professionals across England, Scotland and Wales. Coverage and data availability may vary slightly depending on the dataset, but the platform is designed to support both local and national operations.
Yes. Your data remains yours. We provide export options for customer-generated content and media assets, allowing you to retain access to your information should you decide to leave the platform.
