Who is responsible for your data. Bernhaus Property Intelligence, Lowton, Warrington, England, WA3 1FW, is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect. The address you choose, your email address, and the technical details of your visit (IP address, browser) to keep the service secure. Card payments are taken by Stripe, who collect your payment details directly. We never see your card number.
Why we use it. To take payment, produce and email your report, give you support, refund you if needed, prevent misuse and meet our legal and accounting duties. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Who sees it. Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting and data-storage suppliers. We do not sell your data and we do not use your email address for marketing unless you tell us you want that.
How long we keep it. We keep your order, your email address and the PDF for up to 6 years for accounting and so we can re-send or help with your report, then delete them.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it, by emailing alan@bernhaus.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
