Terms of sale: Bernhaus property report
Who we are. The property report is sold by Bernhaus Property Intelligence ("we", "us"), Lowton, Warrington, England, WA3 1FW. Contact: alan@bernhaus.co.uk.
What you are buying. A single PDF property report for the address you choose, emailed to the address you give us. The price is £9.99, as shown at checkout, with nothing added. Each payment buys one report for one address.
Delivery. We start producing the report as soon as your payment is confirmed and normally email it within about 10 minutes. Please check your spam folder. You can ask us to send it again, free of charge.
Your right to cancel. The report is digital content made to order and delivered straight away. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start immediately and you agree you lose your 14-day right to cancel once production has started.
Refunds. If we cannot produce your report, we refund your payment in full automatically. If the report you receive is materially different from what we described, or you think it is wrong, email us and we will put it right or refund you.
What the report is, and is not. The report is general information drawn from public and third-party data, together with our own analysis. It is not a survey, a valuation, a legal search, a mining report or a risk assessment. Estimated values are automated and are not a RICS valuation. Do not rely on it as the only basis for buying, selling, lending or insuring a property. Data can be incomplete or out of date.
Our liability. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability to you for any report is limited to the price you paid for it.
Use of the report. The report is for your own personal use. Please do not resell or republish it.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
